General Electric Portable Air Conditioners

I often record in my apartment or at the studio where I work - there is a ton of background noise like traffic, air conditioners, and creaky floors. The high pass filter for perfect for filtering those consistent background hums. Of course, a little fancy editing too. Arrived right in the delivery window, customer service from B&H is great as always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver especially during the summer when everyone is blasting their fans and air conditioners and risking outages. I’ve had my power go out multiple times in a span of a week and I had enough time to save everything I needed to. The size also helps as my small apartment is already pretty cramped.

I have been using Furman power conditioners for many years, mainly to provide a portable power strip with reasonably clean power. Providing adjustable light to rack components in often dim stage conditions is more than welcome too. I use the Furman with short ANSI power cables (12") to minimize the clutter in the backside of the rack. At 12" in depth, the backside of the Furman is short enough to clear the rear cover, yet long enough to reach without skinning my knuckles. Kudos! Furman. How about a 1-space Furman UPS?

My main reason for getting this DataVac Electric Duster is to replace having to buy canned air which can be very costly and just keeps adding up to my expense. I could probably have bought 5 of these for all the money I spent for canned air. This Electric Duster does what it's supposed to do, if not, much better because it can continuously blow air. I have no complains and I'm pretty sure I will be using this often.

I use this for my camera and computer equipment. It is portable and powerful. This electric duster is very relevant to my needs since it compliments my work. It makes life easier for me. Somehow there is nothing that is not great about it. It just works and very useful.

If you are looking for a stand for weddings or general use for speed lights, this is it! Small footprint, sturdy, air cushioned, it is perfect! They even click together if you get more than one. I have several large stands, but they are over kill for speedlights. This is the one.

I'm feeling this incredible power being generated in my one hand as I blow out the dust from my PC. I'm able to blow out dust from my keyboard that the canned air just wasn't powerful enough to hit. In general, I find myself using the cone tip most of the time since it generates the most pressure at the end. The wider tips are good for blowing dust from the refridgerator coils while the smaller tips are great for detailing, especially the long tube and brush with the bendable tip. More pressure comes out of the seams in this unit the smaller we go with the tips. The foam air filter at the bottom also tends to collect a lot of dust after blowing it all over the place, so it has to be cleaned often. I hope that filter lasts a while because I find that it's the part that's taking the most abuse; it would have been nice to get more than one air filter in the package. In general, I'm very happy with my purchase - I'm using it to keep all of my electronics clean. I can blow out dust from the gas heater that I couldn't reach before. From the looks of the manufacturer website and the simplicity of operation, it's also very user serviceable in case any part breaks, but this duster is tough. I'm not sure if anything will ever break down on it with proper care.

I needed a small portable light for general photo projects, so I ordered one of these. I wasn't expecting anything special, but I was pleasantly surprised when this great little marvel arrived. It's easy to use and surprisingly bright if you need it to be. The light is certainly flexible and very well designed. It's easy to charge and the light lasts a long time between charging. The build quality is top-notch and the light is an exceptional asset to my small kit. Several people who have seen it noticed the high quality and asked me where they can buy one. You can buy small LED light elsewhere for less, but this one is worth every penny and I'm sure glad that I got mine and I enjoy using it every time I need a little extra light in any of my shots...
