Generic Pnp Monitor Driver Samsung

I am really happy with this monitor. I was reluctant to spend the money on it, but now am happy that I did. I use this monitor mostly for office work but also some photo editing. The large screen is really nice when you have multiple documents open and arranged so everything is visible. Photos are as clear and sharp as I have ever seen. I am connected to my on board video through a HDMI version 1.4b port. I was prepared to purchase a separate video card, but the monitor is working great without it. With the version 1.4b, the monitor is refreshing at only 29 Hz. but for my uses, I can't tell the difference. The buttons on the back of the panel are accessible for setup and out of the way for normal use. Some previous reviews mentioned that the monitor doesn't have speakers, but I can assure you that it does, and they sound good. It may be that the other users just didn't set up the audio to their input source. I plugged into the HDMI 1 connection and my Windows 10 system found it and loaded a generic driver without any input from me. I then downloaded the Viewsonic driver and installed it with no issues. I could not visually tell a difference between the generic and specific drivers. Overall, I would recommend this monitor to a friend.

Pros: Very fast startup, Very easy to install using Samsung's Data Migration Software. I installed the 850 PRO by migrating my boot HDD to the 850 PRO and replacing the HDD (my C: drive) with the much faster 850 PRO. Everything went very smoothly in my Windows 10 AMD desktop. Cons: Samsung could do a better job on instructing the user on how to prepare the system prior to the start of data migration. For example there should be a set of instructions informing the user to make sure the AHCI driver is loaded on the Windows 10 system prior to the start of data migration. If you don't use AHCI you will not get the maximum performance from your ssd. If you install the AHCI driver after migrating the data to the ssd and then replacing the hdd with the ssd, you may lose the ability to boot the computer from the ssd. Windows 10 does not install the AHCI driver in a fresh install of Windows 10. Samsung should have step by step instructions on what to do to make sure we get best performance for which the ssd was designed.

This SSD supports the new PCIE 4.0 standard. My laptop supports only the previous PCIE 3.0 standard. So, I was thinking the speed would still be the same as before given the situation. I was mistaken. This new SSD boots up faster than my previous 970 EVO Plus, so it is in fact an upgrade and future proof. However, the problem is not with the drive, the problem is with the Samsung driver. Samsung is at this writing only, making a driver available for their SSD's UP TO AND INCLUDING the 970 series only. There is no Samsung Elpis controller driver for this model. So, Windows 10 uses the built-in standard Microsoft NVME driver for Windows 10 that was written in 2006. Almost 15 years ago. So, I imagine that as soon as Samsung releases a new driver for this device, it will be even faster. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best and fastest drive I have ever had by far. Replaced my generic Samsung NVME with the new 512gb 980 Pro in minutes! Using Samsung’s excellent cloning software, I cloned my existing NVME to the new 880 Pro and replaced it, booting up using the new 880 Pro with Windows booting up in mere seconds. Literally took maybe 10 minutes total! Technology sure has come a long way from the old days. I’m actually seeing double the write performance for the 980 Pro over the generic Samsung NVME I've been using. The new PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.3 interface is quoted to deliver some very impressive numbers. Samsung indicates that the 980 Pro can reach up to an unprecedented 7GB/s in sequential read and 5GB/s in sequential write. Random reads and writes have the potential to hit the million IOPS mark in throughput (at Q32T16). Though this quoted performance from Samsung is very exciting, users will need a compatible system to reach these numbers. Moreover, both the Xbox Series X and PS5 will feature PCIe 4.0 compatibility for those who want the most out of their next-gen console. Hardcore gamers will certainly be looking for more options in the near future (specifically the PS5, which indicates support for 3rd-party NVMe PC drives). That said, consoles use custom hardware and components, so it’s really hard to anticipate how non-propriety drives will perform in these next-gen consoles. I absolutely love the performance of my new drive and most likely will purchase an additional one once PS5 becomes compatible with it. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for the very best!

Didn’t work pnp for my mac, but got it working just fine. I expect it to last a decade or more. Maybe I’ll update this review in 2033.

This is my first webcam and I'm very impressed with the quality, ease of setup and operation! I downloaded Logitech G-Hub software to get the most out of the settings. I have dual monitors so I have it setup between them and I didn't use the included mount. Since this is my first time using a webcam I have to get used to looking directly into the camera. I was mostly looking at the screen to see what I was recording. After some local recording, I then started to concentrate on looking directly into the camera. I really like the PNP feature and how you can make size and location adjustments to the second picture. Also, you have the ability of choosing the second video source for PNP. So far so good, I would highly recommend this unit!

Straight forward PnP unit. I have a wireless mouse and keyboard hooked in via USB ports and I haven't notice any issues or lags.

Needed to upgrade my former Matrox dual monitor card to support a new 1920 x 1080 display. The product didn't disappoint, and neither did the support. Physical and driver installation was a snap and configuration was easy using either the Matrox Utility or Windows display properties. I had a problem with one monitor not fully darkening when the power saver kicked in, but Matrol sent the latest driver almost immediately - and that solved the issue. When we buy stuff like this - support must be cranked into the value. Matrox supports its products.

I bought the Duex monitor over a year ago, and suddenly it started connecting and disconnecting. Driver reinstallation didn't help with this issue. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. I recommend the product and the company!
