Great microphone stand!

For an inexpensive microphone stand, it seems to be solid.

I was very impressed with this piece of German engineering from the moment I opened the box. Mom wanted this stand to copy all of the old photos, and it is very capable and sturdy. The crank raises and lowers the camera very smoothly, and the camera is very secure on the mount. The stand comes in a wonderful hard case for storage. The setup is easy and intuitive, just like a fine Mercedes. I think the value for price is fantastic!

This is a very high quality German-made stand. I like the telescoping boom--slightly shorter than the fixed model, but more compact and less obtrusive when you don't need the extra 3 inches of reach. The clutch on the vertical stand doesn't slip, and the boom won't sag down over time. We're very happy with these. Used for live sound as well as recording.

This is a fantastic and sturdy stand. German craftsmanship and very versatile. While it’s not probably the best for those who want to travel with a stand, since it doesn’t fold down to a ultra compact form, the high quality stability of this stand is perfect for recitals, making videos, or any use where a stable and high end stand is needed. I appreciate that the plastic components are both durable and made from recycled material. Extra kudos for creating a holder rack that accommodates multiple sizes of tablets and even thin laptops with ease. Highly recommend.

I saw Ledlenser starting to be visible at REI, so i trust the brand. All i knew was that it's german, and generally German things are good. Love how bright this is. It's comfortable and so easy to use. I'm a medium user, and thought this might be overkill, but it's absolutely perfect and i take it fishing all the time

built like a German tank

Can't see a difference between this and the German made one. Save a few pesos and get this one!
