Giving An Employee Access To Quickbooks Online

I called B&H to get some expert advice on my purchase and their employee very friendly giving many options no high-High-pressure I really appreciate that I have always had good success with B&H

I was looking at $20.+ card readers online. A supremely helpful B&H employee found a Sabrent micro card reader for $6. +. It came promptly to my door and works perfectly. Thank you B&H.

I have only used the battery a few times so far. It has worked perfectly. I have been giving presentations where i don't have access to AC power so with the BenQ projector and Battery and my laptop it is a perfect combination.

Bracket is as advertised. All the cutouts were carefully thought out giving you access to all of the ports while not interfering with the FTZ adapter. I highly recommend this bracket.

The Pro 24TB drive comes configured as a RAID 5 device, giving 18TG of striped reliable storage. It is easy to set up and has really fast access. Now I don't have to keep data on multiple USB drives and I can access it from any of my PCs. Why didn't I do this sooner?

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is far cheaper then through apple with either student or employee discount!

As a former HP employee even I was impressed with this price and product.
