Awesome Binoculars ... Was able to see the solar eclipse in sharp detail. Very smooth center focus and individual eye adjustment for right eye allowed balancing the focus for those whose eyes have gotten mismatched over the years. Will be great for future sun observations. Recommend using a tripod or a rest to help get a steady image. 5 |

I bought this filter for the Great American Solar Eclipse of 2017/8/21. Yes it is expensive, but if you are a serious solar eclipse chaser who travels around the world to catch a glimpse of it, this is a must have item to capture the phases of the solar eclipse in sharp, white detail. Please view the compare and contrast photos between a disposable filter and the Marumi filter. 5 |

I waited until the last minute to get Solar Eclipse Solar glasses, the evening before the solar eclipse, and by that time supplies were limited all over town. Then, I remembered that B&H would probably have excellent glasses available. I was right. I arrived at the store about an hour before closing time. The line was around the block -- everyone seemed to have the same idea as me! -- but it moved quickly and soon I was on my home. The next day, as the eclipse occurred, my partner and I had the best seats in the house, on one of the piers along the Hudson River, and we safely viewed and enjoyed the cosmic spectacle. Thank you, B&H, for coming to the rescue, and keeping our eyes safe! 5 |
