Well what to say... This is the nicest piece of window glass. It is like body armor for my lens. Awesome. 5 |

I have had fun with this unit. It adheres well to glass and other smooth surfaces. I tend to use it in a vehicle but have also made use of store and house windows when I wanted a steady mount but didnt want to tie up floor space with a tripod. If you do this on a store window be considerate and have some alcohol swabs handy so you can clean their window when done. I should mention I use this with an Osmo Pocket and you can get any number of adapters for it to utilize a Go Pro Mount like this. 5 |

This rather simple but cleverly designed item blocks out any reflection from photographs taken through a window pane. The suction cups hold its surface firmly to the glass and there is enough leeway within the material to allow for rather large lenses to be used. It's really an excellent product and I recommend it to anyone who has encountered problems with reflections being visible when indoor photographs are taken. I think this might be most useful when photographing animals through the protective glass in zoos. 5 |

Inexpensive, easy to load, allows for vertical or horizontal hanging. Clear glass window (not plastic), contemporary and minimal frame. Easy to use website, good communication re: order confirmation and delivery; arrived promptly, expertly packaged, securely wrapped in bubble wrap. I will order again! 5 |

It is like looking through an open window, instead through the glass of a closed window. Built in calibration works great, which I prefer compared to my Spyder 5 (personal preference). 5 |

I've owned window mounts before, but not equal the build quality of this one. I paired it with a Sirui ballhead, and the combination easily handles the Nikon Z body and 70-200mm S lens. I keep the window retracted most of the way down so that there's less pressure exerted on the glass and window track. This isn't something that I'm going to use a lot, however it stays in my car all the time because that's where it will be used mostly. The clamp slot is not large enough to fit over much more than glass or other slim material, so forget about attaching to tree branches, etc. unless you want to take a chance with your equipment. Good value, even better durability build. 5 |

Okay, so I never thought I'd write a review for a piece of window glass - which I believe all these UV filters basically are - but this one really deserves if: I dropped my $ Sony Rx10 and all I saw was a cracked $ filter! Now, I've been using filters for ages to protect the front element of my lens against scratches, but this is new, it protected my camera & lens against breakage, too. That's very different; somehow the mortal ring and the glass must have absorbed enough of the impact energy to spare my beloved Zeiss lens, and that's all I need. MONEY WELL SPENT !!! 5 |

Like another reviewer, I am disabled and can only shoot from the driver’s seat (using Nikon 200-500mm and gimbal head). The Eckla Eagle is very well made and designed. My only quibble is that the vertical edge that slides down into the door window slot is not very “deep,” only about ¾ inch. That allows the entire platform to slip out if lifting the lens upward, or if driving slowly over a bump or curve (slow speeds on deserted roads only, of course). I glued a 2” sheet metal “extension” to that edge for a “deeper” penetration into the window slot. I also added a bungee cord attached to the bottom of the door to exert a downward pull on the EE. Another reviewer described being able to raise the window while the EE is in place. That means that only the interior plastic door panel, (fairly flexible on most modern vehicles), and not the window glass, is supporting his EE. To me, this is not nearly rigid enough. I hook the EE edge OVER the window glass, in its lowered position, for the most rigidity possible. Car window glass is easily strong enough for this. In fact, the EE is designed so that one can reverse the window slot edge piece so that it grips only the window glass, when raised 2+ inches. 5 |

Best used to eliminate reflections. Used shooting through water/window/glass panes (store fronts, various display cabinets, aquarium tank glass, Recreation Vehicle windscreens, airplane windows, etc..) and to remove reflections from polished stone surfaces (Marble, Granite, Tile, and China). 5 |
