Glorious Model D 2 Pro Review

All these inks, with the Pixma PRO-10, are glorious. The best quality I've seen in my prints, and I've been through several printers and countless print shops. I've been making prints with huge swaths of black that come out perfectly smooth, and the tanks last surprisingly long. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's first 4TB M.2 SSD is an absolute masterpiece of engineering. The 4TB 990 PRO, like all those of its namesake that have come before it, is an elegant single-sided work of art. It is, in fact, the world's only 4TB single-sided M.2 2280 SSD with onboard DRAM. Final Thoughts Overall, we are of the opinion that if you want the very best gaming SSD that can The Bottom Line High capacity and otherworldly performance make Samsung's 4TB 990 PRO SSD a must have. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 980 Pro 2TB m.2 NVME SSD is a solid choice, (pun intended). This SSD is reliable and fast. The only thing better than this is the 990 Pro, which I will get around to upgrading to in the near future. 5 |

This is the M.2 GEN 3 model that ranks 1st in performance by Userbenchmark for what it's worth ..... and in over 15 years now, B&H has never disappointed me. 5 |

I had the older model and sold it several years ago and regretted it after reviewing some of the images it had produced. I recently bought a used Milvus 50mm f2.0 zf.2 lens in beautiful shape and its even better than the older model. Made like a tank and very easy to focus. The Milvus is water resistant with a rubber seal on the mount and seals inside from the weather where the older model is not. The Milvus also has the same optical design, but better flare resistant due to the lens coatings. I do have the 1.2 magnifier for the eyepiece on my d810 which helps manual focusing a lot. I need no fine tuning on the Milvus to get sharp images. This lens and the Zeiss 100mm f2.0 zf.2 older model lens I have will never be sold. Larry 5 |

The first step was installing it in a Sabrent model EC-PCIE NVMe M.2 SSD TO PCIe X16/X8/X4 CARD WITH ALUMINUM HEAT SINK (which I DO NOT recommend). That was so this Oyen M.2 SSD could be used in a PCI-e slot. (Basically the problem with the Sabrent adapter was that none of the thermal pads were the right thickness, and there was no guidance on their usage in the instructions. I took my best guess and moved on.) The next step was plugging it into a PCI-e slot on my HP Z640 Workstation's motherboard. I then updated my PC to the latest BIOS. When I booted into Windows 10, I didn't see a new drive. That's because I needed to use the WIndows Disk Management tool to create a partition and then a volume. After that, the drive was visible and usable. 5 |
