I use my mats, duct-taping, re-gluing, taping paper to the mat, as long as I possibly can. I have a project right now with a lot of little fiddly pieces; a new mat made the process a breeze. 5 |

I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days. 5 |
