Good Books About Photography

Of all the books I have on photography, and I have many, this is the best written on how to use a new piece of equipment.

About sums it up. I have to say� B&H service is really good!

While there are plenty of books on the market about Macro Photography, none capture anything as detailed as this book goes into. The thought , time, and experimentation that is discussed here is incredible. This is a great book even for people not into photography, but just like seeing artistic photography. Thanks for sharing your story Don.

About as expected.

Just as good as the other 2 books, but I especially love the section on lenses.

You should get one of these books for every camera you own.

So, I’m a pilot, and I use this bag for nothing photography related, but I’m obsessed with the organizational aspect of the Peak Design backpack. I can fit my headset, my books, my sentry, laptop, iPad, batteries, cables, badges, etc all in a very very organized location all without it looking like a bunch of garbage throw into a bag. The Maglatch is my favorite thing ever, I use it all the time to access my books, while I use the side zippers to access the contents while my bag is on a table or in the aircraft. Had a few loose threads upon arrival, but I just cut the loose ends off and I haven’t had any issues regarding integrity of sewn joints. Iv had my students ask about this bag and tell me they were interested in it many times. I highly recommend to anybody.

I have read many many books on photography and flash, this one by far is the best, so descriptive, so detailed and so well written. You will not regret your purchase

I've been using Creative Cloud for several years. Because I design books, I need more than the Photography Plan. I'm teaching myself with the help of photography books how to properly use and enjoy my Cannon film camera. I mainly take photos of my model horses (yes I know, sounds strange) and I haven't been unhappy with the results yet. For the price I can honestly say I love the way my photos turn out. Will definitely be buying more.
