This camera takes both great landscapes and action sports photos!

I use this lens to take for close-up photos as well as action shots.

Bought this beast to update my 1DX Mk II. First major shoot with the camera was a professional runner. Almost 900 action photos with various lenses, mostly long, in one afternoon. I estimate about 98% of the images were tack sharp, using auto focus, tracking, different modes. Beautiful image file quality. Only wish would be for a larger file size. This is a camera built for wildlife & action photos. Much better battery life than the 1DX Mk II.

Lens is used on a Canon 50D SLR camera and it works great. Lens was purchased to take action photos of kids playing soccer, and the combination of this camera and lens provides extraordinary photos. Lens doesn't do well with close up shots, but thats not what it's made for. Compared to standard 18-70mm lenses, it's a little heavy.

I needed a SLR camera so I could take motorcycle racing action photos. Point and Shoot cameras just can't do it. The Pentax was easy to learn and use right away. I still have a lot to learn, but am very happy with the Pentax

This camera is a great option if you want high quality photos on a budget. I am able to take action photos at very high quality! The 75-300mm lens is very impressive, and the deal I was able to get on everything saved me well over $$!

I think this lens is really good for some action videos/photos. Has a nice wide angle. It also feels very nice, and I love the fact that it's a cine lens. You will probably have to buy a variable ND filter, since it closes down only to f16. Also this lens looks very cool

I photograph my grand kids sports activities and occasionally I get a good action shot to enlarge for them. I originally used poster frames with plastic - unsatisfactory. I found these Fomars and they have worked very well. I like the ease with which they go together (as photos are changed often often) and I like having the photos under glass. They have held together well and the frame is barely noticeable.
