I use this for bird photography. It's very good. I set my camera to take a train of pics and trigger with the remote from about 40 feet away. I have use it for several months and it still works great. I did get an extra battery for the remote in case,* 5 |

I use this lens on my Olympus M-1 MarkIII camera for bird and nature photography. The 100-400 zoom is a good magnification range for most situations and the image stabilization is good enough for hand held shooting for the majority of my needs. The image's are very sharp and detailed even with significant cropping. Focus is fast an accurate. I'm very happy with this lens. 5 |

In conjunction with my bird photography, I need a good pair of binoculars. Since my camera gear is Nikon, I went with the Nikon Aculon A211's. They are solid, well-made and perfect for this use. The zoom function lets me see the image in a similar focus to my 500mm lens. Not a big fan of the near lens cap set-up, but that has no real part in the use. I would recommend these binoculars to other birders or nature lovers. 5 |
