being able to monitor what audio goes into the camera is an essential part of recording pro video. I run with a zoom H4N and I like the piece of mind of piping the audio into the camera as a secondary backup in case something goes wrong. The quest pro is a overall good headset have not had any problems with it yet but except that when I record a video it turns the video off aft 15 minutes and then when I try to restart the recording it will have a error saying "error trouble starting recording/screenshot so that is a different thing but other than that nothing else wrong with it thanks meta for such a great device and my YouTube channel spacepepsican for I have videos of me using the quest pro 5 |

Needed a new desktop Mac to replace my 2020 Mini, and caught this Mini M2 Pro 512/16 on sale. My original plan was to hold out for the new M4 model, but I couldn't wait any longer. My primary use is photo editing (Lightroom Classic) and occasional 4k video in Final Cut Pro. The speed and performance boost was immediately noticeable - tasks that used to bog down my older Mini now feel effortless with this M2 Pro. Having 4 Thunderbolt ports instead of 2 also means less drive-swapping, this is a very welcome addition. Very happy with this Mini M2 Pro! 5 |
