Good Headphone Mic For Pc Gaming
DonRob87 | 2024-09-09 04:19:19 |
These are some really good headphones. I use these primarily for PC gaming with voice chat. Audio in the headphones is very clear and has a good balance of bass & treble. Good mic as well; my buddy who I game with can hear me clearly. The cushions are also pretty comfortable. I’ve gamed several hours at a time while wearing glasses with minimal to no discomfort. The HyperX PC app is very intuitive. It helps control settings like mic monitoring (which I usually turn on) and equalizer and shows an accurate battery percentage. Battery life is crazy long. I been using these approx. a month off the initial charge, gaming around 20-30 hours a week and I still have about 60% charge. 5 |

Cable works great. It successfully caries both the headphone and mic signals from my wired headphones to my PC. My PC has the heaphone I/O in the back. So I've attached this cable under the front of my desktop and run it to the back of my PC for a discrete spot to plug in headphones. 5 |

Got this for my son to use on his PC while gaming, and he absolutely loves it! He used to use the little headset mic on his gaming headphones, but after he got this mic he said theres no comparison. The mic is very clear and crisp and he said his friends are amazed how well they can hear him. Easy to setup, my son didnt even ask me for help, he just did it by himself, and with the included accesories it setup super easy on the desk with the tripod. BH had the best prices anywhere and free shipping, so thanks BH once again! 5 |

I've had one for a while for recording, my son needed a better way to use a mic with his gaming pc so I bought a second. Top-notch construction, all metal everything. Screen is great, sound is even better. 5 |

Mic, Pre-Amp, and Headphone Amp in an all-in-one package! Nice to be able to use a USB mic without the need for a separate pre-amp. Really like the headphone jack incorporated into the unit with separate gain controls for the headphone volume. 5 |

The monitors are well built and sound great. They have good volume with a very nice amount of bass, and they are not too big for a desk. I connected them to a headphone amp / preamp (PC-DAC-amp/preamp) via RCA and there is very little to no hiss, whine, or static. I’ve only heard a bit of hiss a couple of times in over a few weeks of use. An on/off switch at the front would have been convenient, but my headphone amp/preamp has a remote that allows to turn preamp output on/off and also control the volume, so with a setup like that it is a non-issue. For someone connecting to PC via USB-C directly this is probably not an issue as well. Overall they are reasonably small, well-built speakers that sound great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of desktop monitors! 5 |

I bought a pair on a whim because I got tired of using Airpod Pros 2 IEMs to use while on the couch or in bed waiting for the kids to fall asleep. I am into the Audiophile hobby so I am nitpicky when it comes to sound but obviously for wireless devices I understand sacrifices have to be made. I own a Hifiman Susvara, a Focal Utopia, and Sennheiser HD800S, all of which are considered summit-fi headphones which I use when stationary at my audio stack at my PC Desktop so I know what good heaphones sound like. The headphones are slightly consumer tuned to be warmer on the bass region (typical) but not overly annoying. ANC isn't as good as Apple solutions but sound quality is leaps above it. The sound quality is definitely on par with Focal's sub-$1000 offerings and they are more resolving than my classic Sennheiser HD650 for sure. Where I find this shines is with the Sound Personalization feature in the app where it auto-EQs based on your hearing capability. If this is your only pair of audiophile grade headphones, you'll appreciate the DAC feature where you can plug it into your USB jack of your PC to feed a pure digital signal to the headphone's built in DAC/AMP, this is where I feel this headphone performs its best (though BT is still best in class amongst its wireless peers). For anyone who just needs a pair of audiophile wireless headphones that can be used as a wired version (USB or headphone jack) as well look no further. As of the latest firmware version I do not notice any delay playing music or content on my phone as other users have noted. 5 |
