I had two laptops that were no more than three years old and after the upgrade to Microsoft windows 11 they just seem to slow down. The simple fix was to put two of these drives in the two computers and then clean load Microsoft windows 11 - 64 bit The difference was unbelievable it was almost like a totally different computer and also with a new operating system. These are such a wonderful set of drives and do just fine performance and affordability 5 |

I can’t say enough good things about this laptop. It’s lightweight, looks amazing, and runs like a dream. After some recent misadventures with Windows 11 powered laptops and all they sleep issues, high temps, and poor battery performance this is like waking up from a bad dream. Everything just works as they say. I still think it’s crucial to run at least 16gb of ram which is why I chose this model. All in all and excellent choice for every day computing. 5 |

Works as expected. It has a good tight fit for the SATA/Power connector. Works with Windows 11, and also my Samsung S21 Android phone. So it will most likely work with Mac and Linux. I wish it would support the USB-C PD (Power Deliver) specification so that you can run Blu-ray drives, or the regular size 3.5 HDDs. 5 |
