This was one of two cameras I purchased recently for a security system I installed on my home. It covers a side of my house where a boat and camper are stored. Installation was straightforward, mounted under the eaves of my roof, although it took me a minute to interpret the Ikea-like instructions for removing the cover when adjusting and installing. His-Vision had a digital video on their website that was helpful with that. Daytime picture quality is terrific. Nighttime is good, although this type of camera uses infrared, so the image is black and white. I have not fully mastered setting parameters for notifications, thanks to ADHD. Someday . . . 5 |

We purchased this to run Internet from our house to our barn then to a p o e switch and then to for security cameras more than 400 feet away. Set up was simple following an internet video and it works flawlessly. All 4 the cameras are HD and the signal with a 550 megahertz is plenty. Huge shout out to b and h for answering all my questions. 5 |
