Good Spin Speed Top Load Washer

Bought this light 3-4 years ago . Couldn't find it one night , found it later in the laundry washer, and on , made it through wash , spin , rinse, spin cycles, now that's a tough light.

Gave this film stock a spin since I was trying out lower speed BnW films anyway and I was impressed! Good tones, nice contrast.

I bulk load my own; Foma 400 has good film speed, about 300 for me, holds shadows very well without blocking highlights, very low base fog. Using a pyro developer, I get very sharp, even grain structure. No curl while drying. I generally shoot in quite contrasty light so it works well for me. Not so much for newer versions of old favorites in my experience.

Bought over 1 year ago and still going strong. The load speed is amazing.

Reels are easy to load, the top goes on and you are on your way. Couldn't be simpler.

Haven't had much chance to take it out for a spin yet but initial tests are positive. Works great as a light stand for my speed light, post thread mounts easily on a TT5 PW trigger as the base with a speed light on top. One detractor but this is a problem with many tripods, if your 6 feet or taller, man or woman.. you will find it uncomfortable to crouch down at weird angles in order to sight in your lense. (sometimes OVF is required for proper focus). Build quality is great, the ball-head is not as good as i'd like but it's great for the combined value of getting a CF tripod and a ball-head mount that all weigh a little over 2 pounds combined.

Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

easy to up load. and it good for one year.

On my D5300's, this lens snaps into focus with blinding speed. On top of that, if the scene has reasonably good contrast, this lens will auto focus in combination with a 1.4 teleconverter that I've had for years. I know Nikon will say this lens cannot be used with their teleconverters. Perhaps this is so. My teleconverter was made by Kenko, and it functions perfectly well.

Fastest Speed out there it is the top card out at this time you just don't here the name that often.
