This thing thumps pretty good through my surround sound system.

Coming from the Sony MDR-HW700 home theatre headphones it is truly astounding to experience true surround virtualisation. The Sonys did an ok job at mimicking and simulating a wide sound field with non surround signal and when inputting surround had a decent effect, but the JVC is next level. The sound stage it creates with its technology based on a unique scan of your ears and space make all the difference. Listening to actual surround signal feels accurate and truly Immersive. It's an added bonus that these support full atmos and dts signal amd with that coming through these headphones really shine through with their full potential. If you have the budget and need a headphone driven home theatre solution, do not go anywhere else. You need these.

These are awesome headphones. I use these when watching TV. They have this surround sound feature that’s quite awesome. I thought someone was in the room they were that good.

First off,this amp is POWERFUL. I have to watch my younger cousins to make sure they don't deafen themselves with their own headphones. Second, the quality is very sharp and clear, much better than the other options that exist for headphones for consoles. Third, I can share the amp with 3 other people, they can finally appreciate playing first person with surround sound. I have it connected directly to the output from the a/v cables of the 360, I didn't have to deal with any optical cable hassle. This is the easiest and best solution I've found to surround sound headphones for gaming. I can't play without them.

If you’ve ever been fortunate enough to install a home surround sound system for the first time, you will be familiar with the very first aha moment when you realize “I had no idea my tv could sound this good”. These headphones gave me that same aha moment with the music on my phone. With other headphones I am used to playing music and having the sound contained within the physical boundaries of the headphones, but with these quiet comfort ultra headphones it sounds like the music is coming from speakers placed several feet in front of you, beside you, and behind you. It was so different from what I am used to that it actually took me a few minutes for my brain to get used to the depth of the sound. Just imagine surround sound contained within your headphones and you’ve got the big takeaway. They are a little snug around the temples, but I expect that will ease up with more use.

For the price these headphones are a great value. They sound great, bass is great, surround sound, only complaint is cord is too long.

Negatives: None but if nitpicking, the sound cable can be little longer.

These headphones did not disappoint me Im highly satisfied. The sound is crisp has surround sound quality, I love that I can switch to phone calls. I charged it once and it's still running after that first charge, it's been weeks. They wear comfortably even during my workout. My son is begging for a set so I will be purchasing again.
