Google Calendar And Quickbooks Online Review

I use this for my family calendar and it is great!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Web site was the most difficult online purchase ever. The site used google address to make my purchase next to impossable, as it changed my correct address to anothrr zip code or state. I spent less time finding items.

Now I quickly find my calendar, no mater where I’ve left it too time.....

Works great. I can slide it out to check email & the calendar in my kitchen then slide it away under my table.

A much better system than Google Home.

Using this double sided paper for creating a monthly calendar. Great deal on price and received the items quickly. Love the NY Photo Store. has everything and smart customer service.

A calendar whiteboard fell off the wall and knocked over my $1500 studio monitor. Luckily, I had apple care. Apple fixed it in 3 days and I had to pay a $99 deductible. Without apple care they charge $999 which is ridiculous of Apple imo, but glad I had the AppleCare+. I have it on all my apple gear and always will. This doesn't change my mind on warranties outside of apple though. Talking to you Ram and Maytag...
