I replaced a very old thermostat with this one and it was very easy to install. It works well with the nest app (I already have the security system, cameras, Yale X Nest door lock, Nest Detect smoke detector, blah blah) so it was an easy addition for me into the app. My MIL lives with us and is home all day and tends to turn the heat up very high and while I’m at work there is nothing I can do about it. Well those days are over!!! Right back to 68 degrees with a few clicks!! Hope to see a big difference in my public service bill!!

I had the google fiber nest wifi mesh and it was ok. I replaced it with these and the spread is nearly double what I was getting from nest.

I had both Ring and Skybell before I decided to purchase Nest hello. Video quality is great and works really well. This is doorbell Im gonna keep because other ones records only if there is motion or if bell is pressed. Nest Hello with subscription I can go back and see recording prior to incident. Pro: Video quality Easy to install Well built 24/7 recording over cloud Con: Monthly subscription or annual Useless if you dont pay subscription (Nestaware)

I purchased a Nest Hello and am extremely pleased with its performance. I also purchased the Nest Aware (5 day) one-year subscription and am happy with this service as well. Added an Outdoor Camera (very pleased again) but then was disappointed to discover that Nest Aware charges a (reduced) fee for additional devices. Nest should consider allowing more than one device for the subscription fee.

Yes, you do have to pay a monthly subscription fee if you decide to go with Nest Aware, but it’s completely optional (although strongly recommend it). Sleek design, compact, wired, integrates with google home and has a very powerful AI. I don’t think Ring really compares (imho). Thanks!

I am happy for purchasing Nest Hello. but I didn't know there is subscription! I hope after my trial 30 days i will not lose the minimum Thing I want from nest Hello else I will be sad . I install it by my self after watching the video on YouTube. it is very easy to install . The price is too high comparing to other product but I think it worth it .
