Very pleased with this item. For half the price of the GoPro branded version, this works very well with my Hero 3+ Black. Fit is snug once clamped but free to pull out once released. The rotating metal stop works well with the LCD BackPack addition, and should be fine with a Battery extension, too. Ports are easily accessible through the side, and allows for the HDMI and USB ports to be plugged in. Overall happy with the purchase! 5 |

Best battery for GoPro yet ! I used it for the Hero6 Black and the Hero 7 Black. I get anywhere fom 4 to 8 hours @ 2.7K mostly around 6 hours. I've spent a small fortune all MANY, MANY other types of batteries and they all have problems. Voltage is important. This one is consistent and it works ! A few caveat's though: 1-it must be kept cool otherwise the GoPro over-heats. {thats not the battery's fault} 2-the start sequence is important ! -turn on GoPro {not the quick start !} -start the ReFuel, make sure the GoPro indicates charging. -then start recording ! I've tested the procedure 30 times... I use it for a plane so it's always cool. I hope they make one for the Hero 8 !!! 5 |
