Gopro Portable Power Pack Charger

bought this to power my goPro during backwoods hiking - used charger over multiple days and charged my iPhone. worked as expected - all on a single fill-up before debarking.

I needed to extend the usb power to my connection of my many devices using a portable power pack

B&H made a great recommendation to me on this one! Here is a very reasonably priced portable AC power pack that can drive up to 1000 watts of monolights. It comes with two AC outlets and the battery seems to last for a long time. I just did a 3 hour shoot, taking something like 400 images with two 300 watt-second lights operating at about 80% of full power and my battery level is still on 75%. That's pretty great if you ask me. The inverter is also very portable and weighs much less than I thought it would. I had some questions on the use of the product in the field so I called the manufacturer. They answered immediately and really know their products and are passionate about quality, too.

I use the softbox in my basement studio with my Lumedyne 400ws portable light/power pack. shoots f/11 @ 200iso @200ws with the subject 5'away, with nice even soft white light.

I use this Photogenic portable power pack for preschool outdoor portraits coupled with my main light for ultimate control under a white translucent 10' x 10' pop up shade. The unit is quick to recycle and works great for this particular purpose. Lightweight and very portable!

The charger can charge my Macbook, phone, and power pack! It's easy to throw in a bag and plug in what I need!

I bought this charger to keep with my Nikon EN-EL3e spare battery in my LowePro shoulder pack. Since space in my pack is scarce, I chose this charger because it's small, light, and doesn't have a bulky AC power cord like the factory Nikon charger does. The first immediate bonus is that it works not only on domestic power, but also on European 240VAC and also 12VDC in my car -- and the necessary power adapters are included. That's great for local and long-distance travel. The second major bonus is that all I have to do is buy a two-buck adapter plate when I upgrade my gracefully aging Nikon D300s later this year. It seems silly to have to buy a whole new charger for a slightly different battery, but not so with this Watson charger. It's very likely to be the last spare charger I ever buy. The third extra bonus is its built-in USB charging port so I can charge my phone or iPad at the same time as the spare battery. Now there's one less charger to carry on road trips or air travel. With all these bonus features, flexibility and convenience at half the price of the Nikon OEM charger, the Watson charger represents awesome value for the money, and it sure looks like this will definitely be the last charger I ever buy.

I regularly carry a battery pack or packs for differing purposes, and the Omni20+ satisfies all of my needs and I can now consolidate everything down to one device. The battery capacity is perfect, coupled with the ability to utilize AC power, multiple (2) USB QC ports, a USB-C port (60W - enough to power my laptop). Finally add the Qi charger makes the device perfect for me. It has pass through capacity, meaning I can plug it in to a wall (separate charger) and use it as a power hub as well.
