Gopro Waterproof Camera And Video

Fits my gopro camera and waterproof housing.

This accessory was necessary to use the camera with the mic. It should be a choice to purchase a GoPro package with this housing OR the waterproof one which I will most likely never use.

I use this to hold my waterproof Olympus Tough TG-2 while kayaking. Everybody who sees it marvels at the uncomplicated and easy to use design, which allows solid hands-free filming but also drops the camera face down at pull of a tab to turn video on/off, check images, or frame a still, zoom, etc. I tell them it is just as great as it looks. Feels totally comfortable and secure, fits smoothly overtop of my life jacket with good range of adjustment, gives me needed access with no fuss detaching from screw mount to hand camera to others. My one suggestion for improvement: make screw mount bolt from stainless, rustproof materials. Very hard to clean out all water after a day of action, and grease or oil don't mix with my camera or other apparel. Overall I would say this rig beats GoPro hands down, and others who see me using it agree. (I did try GoPro system first, sent it back). This one is a keeper!

I love this waterproof housing. It enables me to remove and secure my GoPro with ease, while keeping the housing mounted on the motorcycle. It makes it easier to clean the bug off without damaging the lens. Since the GoPro is waterproof, I use it with the open back to ensure the camera stays cool. Only negative take away is I would have liked to have the option of a pass through for the cord to keep camera charged while on the road. Now if they would make one for the GoPro 11 Mini.

This is the perfect accessory for my GoPro Camera. It's adjustability makes using the camera a joy. It allows you so many variations that the video or photo you want is easily attained. Love it's sturdiness and the tripod base. Great value, too.

I bought this camera for two things. To video dogs I was grooming and to video dogs I was training. I use these videos for training new employee purposes as well as for the customers enjoyment. I've already posted one on my YouTube channel. It does come with a non waterproof back to the waterproof camera case so you can record sound better. Perfect for what I'm doing. I'm not going to submerse the camera but it may get splashed a bit when bathing a dog. It should be splash proof even with the slotted back on it. I attached it to a chest harness while I was grooming and that worked out much better than a helmet cam would have. You can see clearly everything my hands are doing. And because it's attached to a chest harness it's right under my chin so picks up sound well. Surprisingly it was not in my way at all, although I looked a bit odd with it on. This camera is TINY. Most reviewers here know the GoPro camera, but not me... regardless, here are my first impressions: Yes, the manual leaves much to be desired, but so what. When you turn it on, by default it's ready to shoot video, perhaps takes 10 seconds, but power on, then press the ok button and it's recording. Did I mention how tiny it is? LOL. For a 60 year old with failing vision, get the magnifying glass out. When shooting video, it records by default a video that resembles a fishbowl rather than a truer reflection of what you are recording. So what, I love Salvidor Dali's surrealism anyway. Crisp videos, crisp photos at high res. That's a thumbs up in my book. Nice cam!
