Good features and portable to take in vehicles without GPS. Better than phone GPS, especially for long trips. Lifetime map updates is a plus. Two recommendations: 1...Get a micro SD card that it can support (max 32 GB) so maps have room to expand into for storage. 2...Set a calendar reminder for connecting your device to your computer occasionally for map and other updates with Garmin Express software (I have mine set to remind every 3 months)

I have purchased a Garmin GPS for my vehicles for several years and have been very happy with their operation and accuracy. I am not that smart when it comes to setting up an electronic device. I hesitated between the AirTag and a GPS tracker to have an exact location of my luggage after all the news channels were reporting the catastrophes of travelling summer 2022 (by the way nothing happened after 6 different flights). After all the online videos and reports of how well the AirTag works, I was convinced to buy and try. Any GPS tracker would need an extra monthly subscription. The AirTag does not have any extra fees and the location find was always working even across the Atlantic ocean. So far, so good.

I love this. It is barely any extra weight and gives me the peace knowing that I have a tracker on my camera!

I recently purchased the iOptron SkyGuider astral tracker and really wasnt sure if Id need this or not...so I bought it just in case.  Im so glad I did.  Not only is some kind of camera mount a must-have with that tracker mount, but this ball head really rocks.  Ive always been leery of ball head mounts, considering them way less rugged than the old school three-plane mount Ive used for years... I couldnt believe it, but this compact ball head mount kept my full frame nikon body and a nikon 200-500MM zoom lens rock steady for 3+ hours on an astral tracker mount.  Im talking a camera/lens combo that weighs just about 10 lbs!     If you need a very compact, very robust mount...just get this one.  You wont be sorry!

This item feels durable and works well. I bought it to use in my vehicles to keep my spare camera batteries charged and it works fine. The adapter that goes in the vehicle 12V power outlet is heavy duty not some flimsy thing. I'm very satisfied with this product.

This camera is amazing! I take photos of moving vehicles for a living and being able to see exactly what my photo will look like before I take the shot, is awesome. I can quickly change aperture or shutter speed and get the shot I need. Great camera! I have made 3 orders with B&H so far, receiving great service each time. The LNZ44P12B is an impressive camera. Take note of the size; if you are looking for a small discreet camera, this one is not for you. The picture quality is fantastic. I can capture license plates of PARKED vehicles from ~250' away, day or night (I have to play with the camera's Iris settings to be able to read plates at night). Capturing clear images of plates on moving vehicles is hit or miss. Depends on speed of vehicle, time of day (direction of lighting) etc. I have not been able to capture plates on moving vehicles at night. The only negative thing I have to say about the camera is the audible hum of the motor when the camera is panning and tilting. We have the camera mounted outside of our bedroom window, and it is loud enough to bother someone trying to sleep. In terms of enhancements, quieting the motor would be great, but it would be pretty cool if it was capable of tracking movement. It goes without saying that the key benefit of a PTZ camera is the ability select the exact frame you would like to capture that you can't necessarily get with a fixed frame camera; a tracking feature that zooms in to get a good image of someone's face would be really awesome.

All my vehicles have front and rear cameras. Having the rear camera on my first vehicle clearly showed that I was in my lane when the semi crossed into my lane and totaled my car! The responding Trooper was happy that I had video instantly available.

Camera works as expected. The incredible new technology is the smart detection. I enabled it for vehicles and people. Used the default settings and pointed it out my window. It appears to be very very accurate in detecting those objects. Very few false alarms. Now I can use notifications. Never did before because a leaf falling triggered motion recordings.
