Photoshop CC 2015 for about a quarter a day? It was hard to pass up this deal!

An awesome upgrade from previous versions of Photoshop, CC is a must. This was offered at an unbeatable price.

While digital technologies continue to be perfected with professional camera use and their widespread applications, the latest Sony RX1RII fixed Zeiss lens camera (other cameras allow long-lens variants) exceeds expectations, especially when printing work on a large scale (with the Epson Stylus Pro 9900). While some relatively minor imperfections exist as with all cameras that professionals adjust to, the expansive quality of color, remarkable low-light resolution, extraordinary image quality and virtual unlimited visual potentials provide challenges that move into unchartered territory for artists (see attached site-specific photographic installation of 112x152cm prints). The most problematic issue is not Sony's: Adobe Photoshop has abandoned the long supporting professional community by not making a plug-in for this camera's RAW files (ARW in Sony terms). Two alternatives: 1) join the CC monthly feed of Adobe Photoshop (APS), abandoning the experienced professional use of all former Photoshop versions, or 2) for 99$ purchase the most basic APS Elements software that notes the Sony RX1RII RAW files are supported, at least noted in Elements literature. What a way to treat loyal professionals and Sony over the years, claiming that CC is better without meaningful details justifying the obvious money first, customer second policy for purchasing the CC version. Not mentioning inevitable future rises in CC prices, non-copyright protections in-Cloud, and not allowing printing in your studio with your own APS, even when CC RAW is tiff converted. Sony's RX1RII with Zeiss lens and its internal digital processor chip is remarkable for what the eye can see (numerous professional digital cameras now exceed what can be seen without mention), even with the rare if not unprecedented 600$ additional cost recently by Sony.

Since I already owned CS6 Photoshop and Lightroom 5, I held off purchasing a subscription to CC as long as possible but the need to occasionally use other programs such as Dreamweaver convinced me it was time to upgrade. There are extra features available in CC that aren't available in CS6 Photoshop, and they are icing on the cake. Thank you B&H for making this possible!

I am not a professional photographer, so I don't need all the features of Photoshop CC. I shoot in the raw format and Photoshop allows me to adjust the photo to be as I originally saw the scene. You can scan photos or documents into Photoshop, create slideshows. It also has some fun special effects like out of bounds, that makes a part of the photo appear to extend out of the photo. that used to take quite a while to create, but with the guided task it is simple. With a little study you will be amazed at how good Photoshop can make your photos.

I've used Adobe Photography CC Plan for the past two years, so when B&H ran a 1 day special, I jumped on it, saving by purchasing in advance. Now I'm paid up thru next year. Its a reasonable price, and far cheaper than buying Photoshop and Lightroom. You can only purchase older versions of Photoshop in any event.

I am primarily interested in Landscape and Flower Photography. I have been using Lightroom 4 but Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC have opened up many new possibilities for me. With these enhanced tools, I really look forward to better editing work flow and producing improved results.

I've used the year-paid-in-advance Adobe Photoshop CC Plan for a few years since subscriptions became mandatory and I went to Windows 10. The subscription system works well. It is NOT buggy. Used in concert with an Adobe account you have access to their user forum (useful if you are a newbie, useless if you are experienced). Most function problems are install related, and I can attest that Adobe phone support (India) is great. At only $10 a month for the latest Photoshop, two versions of Lightroom, and Adobe Bridge (the fantastic image asset management software) it is practically free. You can do anything visually imaginable to a pixel based image in Photoshop. This is a deal.

there is no substitute for Adobe Photoshop. I don't use Lightroom but I use Adobe Photoshop everyday. I am not a fan of the new subscription-based CC but there is no competition.
