Great Accounting Software

I purchased this scanner to use in place of my large photo scanner. I look forward to getting the accounting software set up and using it. I love the fact that it scans both sides at once and does it fast I hooked up via USB and I look forward to using the scanners wireless feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is primarily used for accounting work. The picture is great and working on a curved monitor makes a huge difference. The speaker quality is ok. I generally only use them for YouTube videos every once and a while, so there are perfect for my needs. I have do also have my Xbox Series X connected to the monitor and I have no complaints about the picture or performance. I use a headset when gaming, so again the speakers aren't a concern. Overall, this is a solid all around monitor that offers great performance and value.

Beautiful, clear, text and numbers. In accounting we want clarity above all else. We always get it with the HP LaserJet series!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a busy tax and accounting firm. I don't know how we lasted so long with out this extra paper tray! The price was right also - much less than I had expected it to be.

This printer is perfect for my small accounting business. Very fast printing. Easy to set up and use. I have never had a printer so easy to use as this one.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
