This flash head removed the Hot Spot when I am flashing a window pull for Real Estate work. I did have a small problem getting it to go on the first time but if you twist is slightly back and forth while pushing down on the head it goes right on. I had the same problem others did but could not see why it would not work. I would imagine the pins and slots are just off a very slight amount. 5 |

Works as advertised! It's responsive and easy to use. My only minor complaint is the flashing blue light which can be a little annoying in a dark venue But, I realize there has to be some way to know that it's on 5 |

My APC UPS sounded off every few hours with beeps and a flashing red light to let me know it was time to replace the battery. I ordered online and the battery arrived sooner than expected. I installed it and it's been working fine since. The part I especially like, I didn't have to shut everything off to install. 5 |
