Its Gore Tex, so I washed it, (No fabric softeners on Gore-tex) and it became less stiff fabric. I then placed rubber bands on lens hood so draw string does not slip forward or reverse. Now it works well and serves its purpose admirably! 5 |

I had to purchase a lens cap and called B&H. Spoke with Martin and I did purchase the incorrect cap so had to call back and spoke with Michael.. Both gentlemen were exceptionally knowledgeable and very heplful.. Also pleasant and very cordial. In this day and age of customer service turning into customer harassment it was a nice change..
