I use this ground loop isolator to remove the hum when connecting a laptop's headphone output to my stereo amplifier. Build quality seems good, and I have noticed no loss of signal intensity and no distortion. I used a $10 isolation transformer before, but that had poor-quality connectors plus distortion. 5 |

This Ground Loop Isolator is so easy to use and it is extremely effective. During live and recorded sessions, a slight hum would be produced but after introducing the GL1-35 the hum was completely resolved! [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review] 5 |

I kept having problem with three different audio switches. At best with a ground loop isolator and the volume turned down on my powered speakers, I could switch between headphones and not have the speakers hum too much. I added the ROLLS SS32, and at first there was some interference. THEN I just went ahead and removed the ground loop isolator completely and the heavy duty switch does it's job with absolutely no noise. I think this is the only switch that actually works! Don't cheap out on a garbage switch. They're not the same. 5 |

I used these to remove an annoying ground loop hum in a McIntosh Home Theatre system. After 3 years of shipping, repairs and purchasing multiple types of cables, and after sending the unit in for repair twice, the manufacturer was unable to repair the unit. I stumbled onto the Buzz Off by accident. I installed them and there was dead silence...perfect. Wish i had found these earlier...would have saved me $1200.00 in shipping and repair costs. 5 |
