Ground Your Studio Monitor

I use this paper in a studio. This paper help me create the back ground I want. I wish it would last longer.

Great monitor, and really does the job for being able to get those low shots without having to get on the ground.

Sure you can get away with setting you light on the ground, but what happens when a client happens to back up and trip over the light they didn't see? You my friend, want this. Your insurance will appreciate it as well! There's nothing wrong with spending a little for a solid foundation. Well worth it!

I needed a solution for removing ground loop noise in my studio. I needed to connect my Yamaha 01v mixer to my PC using the onboard line jack (-10db). When I plugged the mixer into the computer using the RCA outs from the board it caused a terrible ground loop and noise from the mains was sitting around -35db. When I added the Rolls HE18, the noise floor now sits at about -67db. A 32db reduction in noise and very tolerable for both demo recordings and online audio streaming. It also does unbalanced to balanced audio conversion, has 1/8, 1/4 and RCA jacks (1/8 is input only). Heavy duty build and feel.
