Guitar Amplifier Repair Houston Tx

While I haven't had a chance to actually purchase the lens, I did get a chance to try it out at a rental store in Houston, TX. It's a wonderful wide angle lens, and while I may not be able to add one to my arsenal just yet, I would definitely consider renting for jobs. 5 |

This is basically a reverse DI-box. Our church has two of these devices which we use to feed audio from our worship services to other parts of the building. One of these endpoints optionally accepts a balanced signal, but doing so caused a ground loop. We're using the TX-1A to isolate that connection. The other endpoint is a cheap Radio Shack paging amplifier which only accepts an unbalanced input. The TX-1A does the job there as well. The built-in attenuator is a big bonus, allowing the use of cheap consumer -10dBV gear (such as our paging amplifier). One thing to note, the devices we received have Phoenix connectors instead of standard screw terminals. This is actually better in my opinion, since those are a bit easier to work with. But just wanted to point out the difference from the item as pictured. 5 |

I have a vintage (1978) amplifier whose preamp isn't working. A local repair shop wanted nearly $200 to fix it, provided they could still get parts. I bought the PP999, plugged it into a line-level input and started enjoying my record collection again! It works well and is very cost effective! 5 |

I bought a pair of these to use with a guitar amp simulator. They sound great and allow for getting the amplifier and effects tone without having to crank up the volume to concert levels. 5 |

In 1969 I saw a solid-body electric guitar with a three-inch amplifier built into the face of the guitar. The tiny speaker was powered by a nine-volt battery inserted in the back of the instrument. Fantastic, I thought, why don't they make a suction-cup amp that sticks onto the face of the guitar? A zillion years later they did and it is fine. 5 |

The sound is excellent and it looks amazing with this retro design and guitar amplifier style! 20+ hours of battery charge life it`s truth, not joke! 5 |
