From time to time, I need the use the guitar input of my amplifier for a second microphone input - this gizmo enables me to do that withous issues. 5 |

I bought a pair of these to use with a guitar amp simulator. They sound great and allow for getting the amplifier and effects tone without having to crank up the volume to concert levels. 5 |

In 1969 I saw a solid-body electric guitar with a three-inch amplifier built into the face of the guitar. The tiny speaker was powered by a nine-volt battery inserted in the back of the instrument. Fantastic, I thought, why don't they make a suction-cup amp that sticks onto the face of the guitar? A zillion years later they did and it is fine. 5 |

The sound is excellent and it looks amazing with this retro design and guitar amplifier style! 20+ hours of battery charge life it`s truth, not joke! 5 |

Bought this because had good reviews. Has a low noise amplifier and had a USB for digitizing music, at a very reasonable cost. Have not used the USB yet, but the preamp works well, easy to set up, and very flexible controls. Obviously I cannot test it's specifications, but it sounds good through my receiver. 5 |

imho, you should skip the old 'receiver' and upgrade to a new Integrated Amplifier like this Yamaha unit. When shopping to replace my receiver i stumbled across an article on cnet about integrated amps. After spending a couple hours learning about these devices and finding a unit with an a/b speaker switch (for my speakers in the backyard), i selected this Yamaha unit.Never going back to a Receiver...easy to use, great sound (thd about 0.019), performs exactly as expected. great value too. Only 'con' is that it should allow for independent audio sources for each speaker set. 5 |

Even though I have experimented with stereo systems for almost 50 years, I had never bi-wired speakers until I recently purchased Bowers & Wilkins 603 floor-standing speakers. I was intrigued by their bi-wiring option that Crutchfield suggested could provide noticeable improvements in the overall transparency of your loudspeakers if I ran separate speaker wires to the low and high frequency drivers from a single amplifier. After doing some research, I discovered the Canare 4S11 bi-wire speaker cable at B&H. I don't claim to have golden ears, but I do want better sound at a reasonable price, so the Canare cables were interesting. However, I have to admit that to my eyes they looked sort of flimsy in the online picture, so I debated with myself about spending over $130 for two sets of 10-foot cables. Therefore, I was thrilled to discover that the two runs I ordered are not only substantial in diameter, they are professionally terminated with high quality banana cables that give me a tight fit into my vintage Audible Illusions S120 amplifier and my new B&Ws. While I can't tell you that the heavens opened and angelic choirs sang when I plugged them in, the speakers sound wonderful and I am now looking at upstream improvements in my system, including the RME ADA-2 DAC FS. My conclusion is that it only makes sense to bi-wire speakers if the speaker designer provides the option. So for me this was a great purchase. If you have speakers that offer the bi-wiring option, I highly recommending giving these a look. 5 |

I installed the cable between the mixer and the amplifier for speaker in oour overflow area. The previous cable was picking up the signal from a nearby radio station and adding that to the mix. This cable completely eliminated the problem and significantly reduced the level of amplification required to get a good balance. The clarity of the signal also improved noticably. 5 |
