Works great and the length is something I can't get from electronic stores like Frys or Guitar center.

New Ox Box for the lowest price around...seriously undercut Guitar Center and Sweetwater!

This headset is not offered at stores like SamAsh (who makes it) or Guitar center. They will pull out the much higher priced headsets which DON'T work with the lower priced transmitters. The other mikes are too power hungry. This is perfect and works great with my Samson ST-5 transmitter pack and my Samson speaker with built-in receiver. All battery, light and powerful. I am very satisfied with this.

I've been using the same basic guitar center mic stand for almost a decade, and I needed something great to replace it. I've had my eye on this one for a while, and Im so glad I pulled the trigger for it.

Went to Guitar Center and tried on some contenders - Sennheisers and Audio Technica, in the range of $150 - $300 - They all felt like they were crushing my head. These Sony's (or which I already owned 1 pair) are the only ones I can stand for hours at a time. Super light and just really comfy. Nice little bag to keep them in and they're also MUCH smaller to pack and travel with than the others, a big plus when packing for a flight for example! Just really great. Only flaw - I anticipate the earpiece covers may start to flake (my others did) but even if that happens I'd still opt for the comfort of these cans. If SONY could solve that issue they would have 100/100 of my vote. Right now it's 95/100.:)

After a miserable encounter with Guitar Center and my money being held hostage for 3 weeks when I had nothing of theirs. Anywho... B&H was same price. I saved on the taxes by getting a Payboo card. And the gear was shipped very fast. I’m an overly excited with my new layout and the speakers sound great. Great for a small home studio.

I used this stand to mic guitar amps that sit low to the ground. It proves to be sturdy with a good center of balance so it won't tip over. Nothing negative to say about it.

I work sound at church. Our worship team is generally made up of drums, keys, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass and 3 or 4 vocalists. We rehearse on Mondays and make a recording for the musicians to use throughout the week as they prepare for the Sunday worship service. These headphones are a major upgrade from the Sony MDR-V600 headphones that the church has. I purchased these myself after reading many reviews and I have not been disappointed! They have an excellent flat response and the isolation is incredible. We generally run between 85 and 95 dB in our sanctuary and these allow me to listen and blend the musicians without interference from the sound in the sanctuary. The quality is very good and the price can not be beat!

There seems to be more head room with generation 3 over the previous. Both vocal and guitar recordings are noticeably improved and I don't think it's because I've gotten better. We run an older sound board at church where it's necessary to tweak levels to maximize gain without adding unwanted distortion this solution used at home is like winning the lottery. I connect it, set it and enjoy making music knowing the Scarlett it doing it's job. I haven't shared it with the church crowd yet. Does that make me a bad person?
