I do commercial architectural and real estate photography. Work the Gulf Coast of Florida in the Panhandle. With the quality of the cameras today, we are constantly changing how we shoot as far as the process. Using Adobe programming for processing allows me the opportunity to shot pictures and layer them for the best results. This requires me to shoot from a tripod in many cases and a wireless remote allows me move and fire flashes to lighten dark areas of the rooms. This is a great remote and does the job beautifully. I would highly recommend this to any one. Respectfully, Mike

Haven't used it yet. Purchased it as part of my hurricane gear, since I live on the Gulf Coast. I did charge the battery and tested it to see hoe it operates. Will be in the market for another one, maybe the bigger one. Over all appreas to be a well made unit. I really like that it takes AA batteries also. We were out of power for a week during Hurricane Katrina, so the option of using batteries is great.

While birding on the Texas Gulf coast we came across a binocular review in Bird Watcher's Digest which rated the Vanguard Endeavor 8x42 the highest of a set of a dozen or so competing brands some priced considerably high. We ordered a pair from bhphotovideo and have to say we are delighted with them. They are very sharp and bright comparing for sharpness with a pair of Zeiss 10x30 Conquest which retail for about $$ At 1.6 lb they are not particularly light but neither are any of the others in this class. Ideal for birding.

This is the third pair of these we have added to our family. Living on the Gulf Coast the Nikon 10x50 Action is the best ever. We have used many other brands, nothing comes close to the fine optics, the weight, and durability of this pair of binoculars. The focal length of the 10x50s are super for long distances with the least movement. The weather proof finish protects you if left outside accidentally. Overall, these are amazing, you won't be disappointed. TM Destin, FL

I live in Florida along the Gulf Coast. I bought two of these lanterns to add to my hurricane kit. I tested them out during a recent power outage. They work great.

You can tell this is a a quality lens as soon as it comes out of the package. The details are there, and well constructed. I took it out in west coast weather, and northern exposures and it was not an issue at all. Expensive but the value is there. I recommend this lens to anyone interested is landscapes or Astro.

Coast headlamps are the best. They are very bright. They are made to work in all weather conditions, rain storms, winter snow storms and the hot summers. Coast lights will last for years in these conditions. Coast also stands behind their products 100% no questions asked!!!

I have quite a few Coast headlamps (lightweight fixed focus alkaline, rechargeable and focusable LiPo, red/white LEDs), but the XPH34R is in a class by itself. It is without a doubt the most versatile and rugged headlamp Coast makes. All metal construction, weather resistant, super bright, focusable, and rechargeable. If you need a handheld light when you’re wearing it, you just snap it out of its mount and use it that way. It also has a strong, magnetic base which is very helpful and it is built like a tank. The run time is awesome and it recharges quickly. Also, it uses USB-C. I wish more manufacturers would adopt this standard. The supplied accessories are great too. A silicon strap is supplied for using with a hard hat in addition to the usual fabric one so it doesn’t slip. Coast also provides clips for your hardhat to secure the light. These accessories are really nice because, due to its all metal construction and good battery life, it is one of the heavier headlamps in Coast’s lineup. They thought about that, so the fabric strap also has an adjustable band that goes over the top of your head in addition to the usual one that goes around your head. This is a really nice touch and it keeps the headlamp securely in place. I can confidently say that this is my go-to headlamp now because it is so versatile. There will always be a place for my other Coast headlamps, but If I want something that will stand up to a maximum level of abuse and keep functioning in all weather conditions, I’ll be reaching for the XPH34R.

I usually pack a bunch of gear with me out camping and sometimes the weather gets really rough on the coast so this helps protect all my cameras and laptop
