The darkroom paper works well, and I would absolutely buy it again. I noticed that B&H packaged it with lots of filler to prevent it from flying around the large box. A smaller box would make more sense and probably cost you less, but hey, you got it to me on time and intact.

Had a need for a fairly compact studio paper backdrop setup. Was very surprised when a large box arrived with a 'genuine professional' product considering the reasonable pro-sumer price, and it was on sale. This C-stand is made of beautiful stainless steel, with all parts being high grade machined metal. It has an innovative design which would make it valuable for situations where stability is essential. A rock solid piece that can be used in challenging situations. While heavy it is portable. Simply elegant, impressive, and beautiful. As is generally the case with B&H, it arrived in a couple days. The product shipped in a box within a box. A very large one. The packing material was also impressive, the product was in a molded heavy, thick plastic material that along with the heavy cardboards took 20 minutes to reduce in size for disposal. The C-stand fit in a black case that I had available. It's heavy, but portable. It came with a roll of white paper as part of the B&aH deal. Shipped along with the stand was the extra roll of black paper purchased at the same time from the website. Each rolls are in thick long tubes that protect the rolls for storage. Even at full retail price this is an essential studio c-stand of exceptional quality at an still unbelievable low cost considering how it's constructed and it's extra features.
