After reading the other reviews on this dual gear hand grip, especially those that ranked it poorly, I have to say that I don't get those reviews since I really like this product and got it for two reasons: 1) I wanted to eliminate my cumbersome neck strap which I found too short for the kind of gym build I have. So the hand strap comes in handy for when I want to swing my Canon 5D Mark II into shooting action. And since I do a bit of traveling, having this grip hand support allows me to keep my camera close easing my concerns for when it rains or preventing theft (you just never know where you could wind-up!). 2) After seeing this item comes with added wrist support for the camera-hand support, I truly felt this product would be ideal. By having the extra wrist-band support, the likelihood of your camera slipping-out of your fingers and onto the ground is minimal. After trying out such a dreaful scenario while the camera hovered over my bed, I can say this entire product is wonderfully crafted, secure and solid. The fit can be adjusted and when initially putting it on your camera, threading the nylon through the holes is not as difficult as others have reviewed. Once it's on, you're ready to go!

After looking at several videos and reviews online for budgeted mic kits, I decided to buy this one. I mostly wanted this kit because of the mic, shock mount, windscreen and carrying case. The cables that come with it appear to sound fine when plugged in. At first I didn't like the sound of the mic until I powered it with phantom power from my recorder/interface. The battery power made my recordings sound too noisy, but as soon as you use phantom power instead, the quality sounds really good. It's also a plus to have a low-cut frequency switch on the mic to help reduce wind rumble when recording outside. The hand grip works well if you don't move your hand too much. And there isn't a lot of hissing response at all after that. Well worth the investment for anyone on a budget.

I debated buying this lens for a while. On one hand the rave reviews but on the other - the practicality of this focal length. I'm really happy that I did get it - the IQ is stunning and I find myself using this far more often than I thought - makes for great family head shots, isolating the object from the background. Also found it great for taking pictures of buildings (from afar of course).

I recently purchased these 18.50 binoculars. I read many reviews about astronomy binoculars and knew I had to have high power with stabilization. My first choice was the Canon 15x50 due to several reviews stating that the 18x was too much magnification for hand held use. I have a RRS monopod so changed my mind to the 18s. I am so glad I went with the 18x50s as I have NO trouble with them hand held (age 73). The stabilization is the best I have ever experienced. I own many Nikon camera lenses that do not stabilize as well as these binoculars. My opinion is: If you are looking for a great pair of binoculars for astronomy, birding, nature or whatever, do not be afraid of the 18x, you wont look back. Lou PS B&H is the best!
