This does fit with the knock off Harbor Freight version. 5 |

Hey, I know you can get cheap suction cups at Harbor Freight. I've done that. But then you waste time (and risk damage to underlying surface) in trying to tie stuff on to them. What you really need isthis. It's articulated, strong, and has the very stud you need for mounting virtually anything. As photos of these in use indicate, you want more than one. CLEAN the surface to near sterile before using on auto paint and monitor suction and you're golden. 5 |

I have a Harbor Freight Pelican look alike case. Whether you get the Pelican or the Apache (Harbor Freight brand) Case, the pick and pluck foam is terrible. It's really ok if you used it, broke it down and used a shipping material. The Trekpak is fully customizable and allows a bit more space in your case to store your belonings. Pretty intuitive but also instructions in YouTube to make it easy to use. Although a bit on the more expensive side, I will have to get for my other cases. It's totally worth it. 5 |

Yeah you could go to Harbor Freight and get a knockoff, but why? I had a Pelican with about $2K in gear inside fall out of my kayak when it tipped (due to waves from a sudden wind squall) and it just floated. Everything was dry inside. 5 |

In the past I usually went with the cheaper Harbor Freight cases, but went for the genuine Pelican for my recent kit. I can only say good things about the 1535 air. I think the most noteworthy is the weight and size for travel. I do wish that the foam had two levels of height for shorter items, but I was able to cut some foam to work as needed. So far the foam is holding up and not flaking or shedding. If you are looking to save money with a knock off...don't. 5 |

The A-MoDe Lid Organizer for Pelican 1510. I am actually using this on a Apache 5800 from Harbor Freight. I needed slightly fatter screws but it's working perfectly. Apply included adhesive tape to lid then attach organizer backer and screw in firmly. This holds my laptop and tablet with ease. Loops on front make cables and accessories easy to see and access. Laptop case and cable bag are held in place with velcro so you can remove or change orientation. I am very pleased so far and would recommend. 5 |

Battery charger for up to 8 AA or AAA NiMH NiCd batteries. It also will tell you if a battery is no good. You can also completely drain a battery on it before a recharge, which extends the life and strength of the battery. The only setback is that this is not a fast charger, so extra batteries are needed if one is doing a lot of flash work with remotes. 5 |

I started off with the Watson 4-AA charger and have moved up to the 8-AA charger... because I use it ALL THE TIME. I still use one-use brand name batteries for flashes, LED light banks, and wireless transmitters and receivers. But, everything else gets the Watsons; i.e., audio recording devices, mics, etc. They help bring down my battery costs... and throw less battery acid into the recycle bin. When I order new Watson AA batteries, I put a mark on them to indicate which batch they are. First group lifecycle = 1; second group = 2. I have up to three group lifecycles going on at a time. Why? Because you want to know which ones are at or near the end of their productive lifecycle. For me, they seem to last about 30 recharges each... After that, they do not hold the charge that well, nor sustain the delivery of power... and they are not supposed to do it. The 30 recharges I get are already value on value of savings. Even at the end of a lifecycle, I can use them for really low-level energy devices (like remote controls). I just recommend knowing when to get rid of them. The charger does make the batteries hot, from time to time. That's how it re-activates the acids in them. I have tried other brands of AA battery rechargers and they all get questionably hot. The only rechargers that do not get batteries hot are like my pro-level camera batteries, but those are way more expensive. For the price, these are priceless. 5 |
