Hard Disc Format For Mac And Windows

Easy to format for use on both Mac and Windows computers. Took me just. a couple minutes to set up. Like the small footprint, light weight, and fact that it is bus powered. I will use it to store and backup photos I take when traveling, plus to store my music library for use when on the road.

I was able to very quickly format this hard drive for my mac and immediately begin using it. I ordered the 12 TB version which still loads relatively fast and file transfer speeds are not bad. Overall a very reliable and fast drive that can store a lot of pics/vids.

The speed of data transfer is amazing. The hard drive is compatible with both the Windows and Mac file system i.e. amazing. Plus it is very handy to carry.

I normally use Seagate for external hard drives because they can be read by both Windows and Mac without a problem. I bought 2 of these WD hard drives because I need to consolidate my hard drives and these are very good. Recommend.

have been using it for over a month now, as i'm still learning to use a mac, using the hard drive, thats made to sync mac, is not as easy as a windows;but its still by far a lot easier, than i thought, and B & H is the best place to buy this product

This unit is humming along nicely. As the disc format is on the way out my need to burn discs is less than ever but this unit does the job well.
