I purchased the 6 lightning to USB cable to use on my new Harley Davidson Limited. This motorcycle has a built in compartment with a USB cable inside. An I-phone/I-pod can be attached for cell phone usage and music playback. Using a standard Apple lightning cord causes it bunch up so badly it is hard to get the I-phone in the compartment. I bought this clamp and attached the camera to it then attached it to my 2001 Harley Davidson Low Rider. I took a ride and when I looked at the video is was very shaky especially at red lights it was clamped to my handle bars. We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly. 5 |

I bought this Flash Drive as a traveling backup for my photos. Typically, I take between 100Gb and 200Gb of photos on a trip so this gives me plenty of space. The small size is ideal as is the light weight. I connected it to my MacbookPro USB-C using a Uni 4 port USB-A to USB-C hub with no problems.I ran a quick test when I received the drive and it took 2 minutes to transfer just over 15Gb (212 files) from my MacbookPro to the drive. So it's pretty fast. It took just two days to get here (Arizona) from B&H and was cheaper than buying from Amazon. So I'm a happy camper. 5 |
