I use a Logitec Harmony hub control for TV, cable TV, Netflix, music from Internet sent to amplifier and speakers, etc. The Shynybow selector (love that name) has very little conflict with other IR controlled devices, a problem I had with previous audio or AV switches. Out of the 4 inputs, only input no 1 control would conflict with the TV on/off. That left inputs 2,3,4 for which IR commands did not interfere with other devices (I only need 2 inputs in my setup). This electronic remote control is a must have for everyone. 100% better than a manual shutter release. Just point it at the camera and press. It's so small and light the only possible down side is it could get lost in your bag but the included case helps prevent that. A must have for every tripod shot. 5 |

I bought this remote control for my Canon M50 Mark II. To my surprise, Canon doesn't have a manual for the Canon M50 Mark II, even though they changed some options in the menu. All the videos you can find on YouTube are for the original model of M50. It took me a while to figure it out to make it work with my camera. It seems like the generic option is as good as this more expensive (branded) remote control. 5 |
