Harvard Financial Calculator

I often go to Harvard's Arboretum, climb a hill far from the crowded walkways and wait about 15 minutes. If I remain still, the critters come out again and I can get excellent views of their daily lives. Birds, such as Cardinals and Blue Jays have vivid colors, which come through beautifully. Chipmunks, squirrels and other ground/tree dwellers often unseen in their normal habitats are a joy to watch. I can almost count the teeth as chipmunks gnaw on various items. I would recommend these binoculars for those who enjoy nature and wild life, seashores, etc. I was amazed when I took a peek at one of the islands in Boston Harbor, and found out there was a smaller one just to the North that I had not seen. To top it all off, on the horizon, I could see a container-ship heading out to sea, which was completely out of my normal scope of vision,but easily seen using the binoculars.

The 10 stop filter is simple to use with the long exposure calculator.

I decided to try this unique paper out,,great way to try new paper without a large financial commitment.

The battery is for an older calculator. Back of the calculator indicated a different battery. After opening the calculator took the old battery out and the new one from B&H in it's place. Simple fix.

This is my media for monthly backup of financial data. A simple drag and drop using Ubuntu---slick and trouble free. I would prefer it supported empty the trash with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, but I typically overwrite files anyway so I don't think it will be a problem. Fast delivery and arrived in excellent condition---I'm pleased. The proprietary cable is a slight bummer if it ever gets chewed by my dog or lost in a move.

This camera is very well built as well as sturdy while at the same time being light in weight. I got great images on my first try. It comes with a simple calculator that gets you in the ballpark of exposure times. I am also enamored of how easy it is to pack and carry around.
