It works exactly as I'd expect. I'm able to use my Hasselblad lenses, both V and FE on my Canon cameras.

The XCD 65mm is a must-have normal lens for the Hasselblad X Series. Truly the beat all around lens for the X1D and X1D II. Producing beautiful detail and bokeh if used for portrait work. It’s no surprise this owns is award winning.

If you shoot with a Hasselblad 500 series camera on a regular basis, there will always be some point where you need to manually wind up the lens or bellows or extension tube manually to synchronize the couplings when you put them back together. This tool has both sizes needed and fits securely over the coupling, makes it a simple job.

If you own an X-series Hasselblad, this is one of two lenses that should be part of your basic kit. (There is no point in disclosing its optical qualities as Hasselblad does not make anything short of the best of the best.) If you are curious about lens #2, that would be the 65mm/f2.8.
