I was able to use the camera twice and then the prism focusing screen came loose in the camera so it is being sent back as defective. Super fast and the pics I was able to take were tack sharp. B&H was very responsive to the issue so it is being sent back today. Too bad the only option not out of pocket is fed ex ground. So it will probably be a few weeks until I get a replacement. 5 |

I used it a few times and the cable became defective and as far as I know I hadn't any strain on the cable, but it was a short cable. I was using it between a camera and a cage mounted HDMI BMD monitor. Well after the warranty or return period I complained to ZILR and B&H got back to me from the manufacturer who promptly sent a replacement of the same cable as well as the next larger cable. Great service and prompt service from ZILR and a nod to B&H customer service. All is well. 5 |
