Hasselblad Digital Camera Highest Resolution

Firstly, I have never encountered a product whose reviews differed so much from the actual product. I purchased this scanner primarily for its Optical Resolution. The software features are practical, easy-to-use, and magnitudes better than reviews suggest. Use Case - Digitizing several dozen slides and negatives taken in the late 80’s and early 90’s. All comments are based on scanning at the highest resolution. PROS * Both hardware and software features thoroughly complement each other. Slide and negative scanning simply works. * Truly High-Resolution Scans - Scanning was performed at the highest resolution with TIFF file sizes in the 680-760MB file range. * CyberViewX (software) is stable and responsive when Pre-Scanning/Scanning slides and negatives at maximum resolution. Note - My scan times are reasonable at the highest resolution. I suspect some user’s computer hardware are unsuitable for such large data transfers over USB. * CyberViewX (software) contains a solid set of features for adjusting scan area, color, exposure, and image clean up. * CyberViewX (software) – “Magic Touch” does an incredible job of removing dust, scratches, specks, etc. from images. (See before/after images) * Problem-free hardware. The unit behaves as expected with no surprises. CONS * Hands down, the weakest part of this product is the user manual. You need only read “Installing Hardware – Step 1” before your first head scratch. It suffers from: 1) poor proofing, 2) outdated software references, and 3) no mention of the newest software features. * Short-ish USB cable; a longer cable would be nice. I sat on the PrimeFilmXA fence for quite a while given the poor product reviews. I have been at 4-Stars for a while, but after thoroughly evaluating the ‘Negative Film’ support I am more than comfortable giving this product 5-Stars. 5 |

Had to be rigged to fit on my Hasselblad Stellar Special Edition Digital Camera (Champagne/Carbon Fiber) eventhough it was recommended for my camera. Strap itself feels great and can be extended to hit at my hip or higher up. 5 |

In the past having my own business and using Hasselblad cameras then changing to digital with Canon, I was used to having great cameras. Now that I am retired I wanted and needed a lighter weight camera due to arthritis in my hands. I tried several other point and shoots but was not happy with them. This Sony fits the bill for me. It feels well built and has some weight but not too much. The 72mm Ziss lens reminds me of my Hasselblad days. I could not be happier with this camera. It takes great photos. There is so much I can do with this camera and am still learning all the features. I do not feel that I am sacrificing any quality at all. I am looking forward to taking it on our next vacation and will not have to worry about changing lenses or carrying a lot of weight. I have large hands and it fits me perfect. 5 |

This camera is top notch. Finally was able to save enough to make the leap to medium format and I don't regret it one bit. The Hasselblad 907x is an excellent camera. It's a straight forward easy to use system with a quality build. It has a minimalist design and well laid out menu with a touch screen. I've dreamt of a digital medium format for many years. I have an old beat up 500cm film camera whereas the 50c digital back can easily be attached. This is a versatile modular camera system which can be used with the many different Hasselblad cameras. It's well worth the money it's priced at. Considering what you used to have to pay for a digital medium format system, the price is relatively fair. I mean you are purchasing a true work of art. And it's just a fun camera to go out and shoot with, even if you don't come home with an award winning photo. :) One cool feature I discovered after buying this camera is that it has in camera focus bracketing, which is extremely convenient. I purchased the 45mm lens with the 907x 50c system. Now will I be able to afford another lens anytime soon? Absolutely not. But one day. The 45mm p lens is a great lens and is incredibly sharp. I've also discovered that Hasselblad has a ton of webinars on their YouTube explaining just about everything about their cameras and systems and even chats with other photographers. Even if you don't own a Hasselblad I highly recommend checking out their YouTube. There's always something new to learn. -@meltedconcept 5 |

I use these to clean the digital sensor on my Hasselblad H3DII-31. I also use them to clean my lenses. 5 |

The Q2M produces THE best B&W I've seen from a digital camera. The sensor has terrific resolution. I've owned and used many 28mm lenses over 40 years, including Leica M and R lenses. The 28mm on this Q2M is probably the best 28mm I've ever used on a FF camera- film or digital. Attached image copyrighted. 5 |

Shot this with a Hasselblad and the 80mm lens. Resolution, color fidelity (daylight or light clouds) are simply stunning. Why shoot slide film when you can get this in a C-41 type film? Go get some. 5 |
