The Yeti Multi-pattern microphone is top quality in the way it is made and the way it sounds. The price was very reasonable considering what you get. I use it to make audio recordings on my computer and am very impressed with the quality of the sound. I also like the versatile feature of using it for omni directional as well as unidirectional for voice recording. It was recommended to me by someone who does professional sound who knew what they were talking about when they made the recommendation to buy it. No regrets whatsover. Great piece of equipment. 5 |

I use my Yeti for voiceover and singing. I'm not a professional but I'm an enthusiast. I know what sounds good and good is what the Yeti delivers. The 4 options of recording makes capturing sound very convienant. I use mainly the cardioid mode for VoiceOver and singing. The build quality is superb! Some people say the nobs are flimsy but I think Blue fixed it. The yeti I have must be from a new batch because all the nobs are secure and tight. The main body is made out of aluminum and has a nice weight to it. Feels very expensive. The color matches my Apple computers. The downside of the Yeti is that there are no shock mounts available so I put the yeti on top of a thin soft piece of foam to absorb the shock. The bottom line is get the Yeti if you want the conveniece of a USB mic because its the best one out there. 5 |
