I bought this as a replacement for my Canoscan 8600F which stopped working under Windows 10. It is very compact, aided by the side stand, taking up very little desk space. While it can be used in that position, I prefer to use it flat. There is no power switch, as the unit is powered when plugged in ti USB. Operation is simple and the results are good. 5 |

My computer front ports stopped working with a Windows 10 update, and I could not get them to work again. But my rear 3.1 ports were working fine. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again! 5 |

Upgraded to this model from my previous IOGEAR 4kx2k 4 port HDMI switch (smaller unit, push button, w/ remote). That model treated the display as a usb type connection - all my windows would move back to the main monitor when I would switch computer sources. This model - the windows remain!!! No more rearranging! 5 |

The PLP2000 has been great so far. I have no issues, except the port stopped working in general on one of my outlets. The support team has been very helpful. I had it less than a year and they are working on resolving my issue. I hope it's soon cause it really has helped with my internet speed like I'm hardwired into the modem thats located downstairs and my office is upstairs. 5 |
