This is a great little headphone amp, it did exactly what we needed it to do. Now our talent can set their own monitor levels.

We have a high end A/V receiver with only one headphone jack, and two sets of headphes with different impedance levels. Using a passive splitter resulted in one set of headphones being much louder than the other. This amp is the perfect solution. Small (important in an apartment), does the job with no perceptable difference in audio quality, and way less expensive than comparable units. I also like that the output jacks are in front. Makes connecting and disconnecting headphones easy. We mainly use the unit for home theater after our little one has gone to bed, so we can enjoy movies and TV without waking her. The only negative, and this is purely subjective, is that I'd prefer knobs to sliders, but it's a minor quibble. Highly recommended.

I run this cable from my Zoom H4 headphone/line out into a Canon 5D mark iii mic input. The splitter female gets plugged into headphones. It attenuates the line output such that the camera can accept the input and not have to lower the record levels on the camera to near zero. This allows better sound levels at the camera and acceptable volume at the headphones. My only gripe is the price, but that's what you get for a specialty item. Trying to figure out how to add the right amount of impedance to a cable is not how I want to spend my time.

The light easily clips onto my iPhone in its case. The three light levels let me choose the best one based upon other light available and the distance from the subject.

Using with my iPhone on a beastgrip and the results are fantastic. Crisp audio and perfect levels in the basic Camera App. Definitely draws a lot of attention with the windscreen on it. Using mostly for casual interviews on the street.

A must-have to connect to your iPhone 7, 8, & X. In my case my 6-month old Apple Lightning to headphone adapter didn't work; once I replaced it with a new one this Rode cable worked properly. BONUS: Check out the Rode SC6 to add a headphone output to the input chain!

I currently have two other versions of this Lav.  This is a unique addition to those.  I will be using this on my iPhone since they did away with the headphone jack!  Works great for memo recording and also live streaming.  I will be using this for youtube uploads that require little to no editing so I can quickly plug in, record and upload with better audio.  The cord is a good length and I am loving it so far.  Whats also great is that this does not require a battery like my other wired units and there is a headphone jack if you need to monitor yourself!   [I received this product in exchange for my honest review.]
