I usually use my highend Sennheiser headphones during my music time. Now I spend less time with my headphone. I am so happy with this Play 5 sound quality. It create vibration out of my wooden floor, the small effect that create live music feeling. In my previous speaker, I need to adjust the setting to meet the best setting of each music, with this play 5 what I need is only set the volume. The istalation was very easy. A must-have to connect to your iPhone 7, 8, & X. In my case my 6-month old Apple Lightning to headphone adapter didn't work; once I replaced it with a new one this Rode cable worked properly. BONUS: Check out the Rode SC6 to add a headphone output to the input chain! 5 |

I currently have two other versions of this Lav. This is a unique addition to those. I will be using this on my iPhone since they did away with the headphone jack! Works great for memo recording and also live streaming. I will be using this for youtube uploads that require little to no editing so I can quickly plug in, record and upload with better audio. The cord is a good length and I am loving it so far. Whats also great is that this does not require a battery like my other wired units and there is a headphone jack if you need to monitor yourself! With either a SC6 (Rode Cable) and SC7 (Rode Adapter) I was able to connect my headphone and VideoMicro Compact to my Iphone 6s+. Much more mobile and ready to do what I need to do. 5 |
