About 6 months ago, I purchased a sound bar for my TV, but found it would not work with the HDMI cable, but only the optical connection. After some reading, I found that the HDMI cable had to have ethernet. The improvement with the new cable is more than I expected. The sound stays at a reasonable level and does not require constant adjustment. The unit turns on and off with the cable remote, so I could retire the TV and soundbar controls. I am delighted to have these improvements at a minimal cost. 5 |

I love the quality of the sounds and was happy that I was able to use it as a sound bar for my TV also using the headphone jack port. Will be taking it to the beach this summer. 5 |

Compared SONY vs Samsung. Sony won out because of the picture and sound without the need of a sound bar). Still tweaking picture, but the quality is outstanding! 5 |

I used this cable with the Sony FS700 and the Odyssey 7Q and worked really well. Both on a rig and also on the DJI Ronin. It did not seem to add too much strain to the motors. The only thing is that you might want to cable tie the middle of the cable to the handle bar, so it doesn't change tension too much as you turn the handle bar... 5 |

I bought this unit for my AirBnB. With an HDMI cable I have a great picture monitor and with an optical cable, sound runs perfectly to an external bar. It's so easy to use and my guests can choose their own apps and utilize their own passwords to access their own media. It's perfect! 5 |
