Headphone Wire Cover

I use this cable to connect various components to the headphone or mic jacks on my computer. This cable seems to be well made with fairly heavy wire and quality cable ends. I haven't had it long enough to discover how well it will hold up over time, but I expect it last as long as I don't abuse it.

The sound you'd expect from a more expensive pair of headphones. I'm a bit of a headphone fanatic, but wanted something that would pair well with my mic and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. While most headphones would do the job, I wanted these to be comfortable but not 100% noise cancelling. These fit that bill perfectly. The collapsible design is a bonus. They sound great - no distortion and are quite responsive to fine tuning adjustments to ensure accurate and quality output. My only concern is the wire from the head pad to each headphone. I'm always afraid I'm going to pull it out. However, this has not been an issue. I should note the wire appears because when you adjust the headphones there is a grooved metal (steel?) adjustment band that is exposed. I like it because they stay put and you aren't constantly having to readjust them. The coiled cable is very long and high quality. The adapter for the plug screws into place to ensure, again, a good connection without any loss of sound quality.

It’s a great case. I love that it comes with the steel plating in the back to cover my horrible wire management.

I place these where the network wire transitions from outside to inside. I typically increase the notch in the cover using a drill so the cover will slip on over the heavier ground wire.

Excellent conduit box. Much improved over the old version that wasn't very waterproof. This box is however its well sealed there's a gasket around the whole cover and grommet around the wire hole with a foam around the whole base where the camera screws in for a tight seal. Also there's convenient hook and wire to hang the camera and cover off to the side so you can plug it in.

I purchased about 30 of these and found having a box cutter and wire snips made un-packing much easier. I had to slide the cover down to disengage from port when moving places on the board but super easy to slide back over clip.

I have two pairs of headphones that haven't been used much. Over the years the black earpiece cover slightly denigrated and started flaking off. I recently started using them again and the flakes would get all over my face. But why throw something away when the sound was great. The covers work perfect. Easy to put on and will extend the life of my old favorite headphone!!! In the future I will use them on any new headphone purchase to prolong the integrity of the earpiece. Great idea for cleanliness also.
