Headphone Wire Repair Specialists

On many iMacs, the headphone jack is a point of failure. This is great way to repair your headphone jack because you can bypass the built in headphone jack entirely.

I use this cable to connect various components to the headphone or mic jacks on my computer. This cable seems to be well made with fairly heavy wire and quality cable ends. I haven't had it long enough to discover how well it will hold up over time, but I expect it last as long as I don't abuse it.

The sound you'd expect from a more expensive pair of headphones. I'm a bit of a headphone fanatic, but wanted something that would pair well with my mic and Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. While most headphones would do the job, I wanted these to be comfortable but not 100% noise cancelling. These fit that bill perfectly. The collapsible design is a bonus. They sound great - no distortion and are quite responsive to fine tuning adjustments to ensure accurate and quality output. My only concern is the wire from the head pad to each headphone. I'm always afraid I'm going to pull it out. However, this has not been an issue. I should note the wire appears because when you adjust the headphones there is a grooved metal (steel?) adjustment band that is exposed. I like it because they stay put and you aren't constantly having to readjust them. The coiled cable is very long and high quality. The adapter for the plug screws into place to ensure, again, a good connection without any loss of sound quality.

I own a zillion bags, mostly from camera specialists such as Wandrd, Vanguard, ThinkTank and others. This isn't in that class, but I promise you, it's a handy and fun bag. It holds a 100-400 zoom with full frame mirrorless attached (a tight fit, but it DOES work), a 2x tele, and a macro lens. You can also add some lens wipes, personal items, and a sweater if you need one. And there is also a laptop sleeve. The bag is comfortable to wear and attractive to look at. It's a great bag for a local trip to the zoo, botanical garden or some easy portraiture. For longer trips, it's a very useful backup bag (Lizzie Peirce uses it that way) for quick day trips into town or street photography. Highly recommend it.

I inquired a number of times with the B+H specialists looking for a shoulder/messenger bag to carry my R5 with attached 70-200 f2.8 with shade reversed. This new ThinkTank bag will do the job very well. It can't allow the lens shade to be on the lens but it will be fine rather than keep changing between lenses with my other body. I strongly recommend it!
